This curriculum follows the ProStart program offered by the National Restaurant Association, Foundations of Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts. (Previously taught a THMS)
Starting date: Feb.2, 2016 2:30-4:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays
This is a 32.5 hour course. Registration fee is $528.
First Quarter Curriculum
Testing is available for anyone interested in obtaining a food handlers permit. Legal working age of 14.5 and older.
